A new poll shows District Attorney Chesa Boudin in a DEAD HEAT at 47-47 – and our opponents are already saying that if the recall succeeds they will launch similar attacks against more DA champions across the country.
Tomorrow we CANNOT let them win. Our fight for justice is under threat at a national level. That is why I’m asking you – to call voters now.
These amazing volunteers in San Francisco are pounding the pavement hard, but they need national volunteers like you to hit the phones in order to reach every voter before polls close.

My friends, I would not be writing to you again this late on a Friday if it weren’t an EMERGENCY.
Breaking news just revealed that our justice champion, District Attorney Chesa Boudin, is in a dead heat against the recall – a 47-47 split with only 4 days left. We need ALL hands on deck!!!
NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE, the best way to fight back right now is to volunteer to call San Francisco voters. There are lots of shifts available – including TOMORROW at 10am and 4pm Pacific.
Listen. Conservative billionaires have funded a highly effective recall campaign targeting our champion and my peer hero, District Attorney Chesa Boudin. They have pinned a complex crisis of poverty and crime, decades in the making and now worsened from a global pandemic, entirely on Chesa. It is absurd.
In the face of all of this, Chesa has kept his promises and taken bold action.
He has sued manufacturers of “ghost guns,” which are self-built, mostly untraceable firearms, whose sales and usage in fatal shootings has increased rapidly.
He has sued companies who are exploiting workers by depriving them of healthcare.
He overturned a wrongful conviction for the first time in San Francisco history.
He filed the first ever homicide charges against a police officer.
He has increased services for victims, especially of rape and sexual assault, doubled down against hate crimes targeting the Asian community, and fought tooth-and-nail at every turn to protect the people.
I am calling this an emergency because it is. Lives are at stake. If we fail, this could also be a bellwether for our national movement. These tactics will be replicated again and again, all across America.
WE CANNOT LET THE RECALL SUCCEED.
