This development tends to suggest that DA Willis may be preparing to bring a RICO indictment against Trump and his co-conspirators. The third story is good for Mike Pence, but probably bad for Donald Trump. New reporting shows that DOJ has closed the classified documents case involving the documents that Pence possessed after he left government service, announcing that Pence will not be charge with any crime.
