To say I am surprised that CBS bent the knee to the orange menace would be wrong. All of MSM has decided to cave to this wannabe dictator and it is a sad thing to see. I don't watch them anymore. I get my news from trusted sources that speak the truth, relate the news and keep their opinions to themselves the way good journalists are suppose to do. Many excellent journalists have left MSM because they believe in reporting the news truthfully without trying to sway public opinion. The public is smart and can form their own opinions about what is reported. Well, let me clarify. Most of the public is smart - magas not so much! I am delighted that Virginia Dems are choosing to fight back on this redistricting madness! I would love to see gerrymandering stopped when we get out country back. I would like to see a bipartisan committee in every state be responsible for redistricting and no politician can have any say. Thanks for the great news, Scott! Have a great day everybody!
I’m so concerned about CBS period.
What needs to happen is a PROBE into the Corrupt Roberts 6 (John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Barrett) Crime Gang!! They MUST be investigated for their attacks and assaults against America. They are out of control and their rulings are just Rubber Stamps for whatever Trump brings to them. Even the lower courts in America are now OPENLY questioning what is WRONG with the Roberts 6! Americans do NOT trust them. If Congress won't investigate them then an independent group of legal scholars and judges and lawyers and lay people must. And then release their findings and offer suggestions. The Roberts 6 are a THREAT to America!
SCOTUS has undermined every lower court. Now, it’s as though any lower court decision doesn’t matter. When it arrives in the hands of SCOTUS, we all know how the 6 will “rule” (in favor of their dictator).

I grew up on CBS. Every weekday night Walter Cronkite told me of the day’s events and Mike Wallace, Harry Reasoner, Morley Safer and later, Dan Rather brought hard hitting and thought provoking journalism and commentary into millions of homes on Sunday night. Even as a teenager, 60 Minutes was a Sunday staple. Some people are either a Ford, Chevrolet or Dodge person, I was a CBS person. A news organization that once defined journalistic standards and integrity has now bent à knee in fealty to a mad king.
What irony, if CBS had edited Don-Old's interview without his permission, he would have sued them for millions!!!! Bravo to Raskin for bringing this to the forefront. Today's news highlights so many brave people who are standing up and fighting back.... What a collection of hopeful actions!!!!
Too bad that CBS failed the believing public about their determination and position on releasing the truth. Here’s a thought: Trump merely threatening media outlets has had them running in fear. He claims harm. As a citizen, I can’t sue media for the harm inflicted by the promotion of lies by Fox, X, and Facebook. I can sue for libel or slander, but not for the profusion of falsehoods that has infected our nation. If/when we get past the Trump era, we need to change the Constitution and nationals laws to allow citizens recourse against deliberate, profuse lying. Fox, X and Facebook have literally harmed each of us. They should be held accountable, and not given the escape of claiming a first amendment right to deceive.
