Apparently, we are hurting the feelings of White House officials with our Substack interviews and posts. Thank you for subscribing and helping us put pressure on them. Like little babies, they keep running to the press to attack us and our guests. The latest example was this weekend when the Trump White House lost it over our interview with Jim Acosta. During our interview with Acosta, he called out the lies and bizarre behavior of White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. Our interview with Acosta went viral, and it was written about in numerous publications. Apparently, it caught the attention of Leavitt. Leavitt was a speaker at this weekend’s CPAC conference. During her talk, Leavitt said she saw our interview with Acosta on Substack and hated it. Lol. She attacked the interview and mocked Acosta. She said: “Unlike Jim, at least I have a job.” Ok, Karoline. Lol. Leavitt’s statement is revealing. First off, Jim Acosta does have a job. Jim doesn’t need CNN to be an effective reporter, and he is doing amazing work now that he has gone independent. Second, Jim is a man of character and integrity who left his job when it no longer aligned with his values. This is the exact opposite of Leavitt, who went further down the rabid rabbit hole to the depths of depravity demanded by her führer, Donald Trump. Leavitt will go down in history as an oddity alongside Baghdad Bob and North Korea’s “pink lady” for her behavior. Sure, Leavitt may have a “job,” but she certainly doesn’t have a conscience. She is a virus on this nation. It is fascinating that Leavitt spent a good deal of time during her CPAC appearance dwelling on our Substack and what we post. She is probably reading this now. We are clearly living rent-free in her head. We’ve repeatedly been the target of Trump’s attacks. Over and over again. He previously filed hundred-million-dollar lawsuits against our hosts. He attacked us in court filings in his criminal case. He blamed Meidas for his criminal conviction in his motion for a new trial! It’s just his tired old playbook of intimidation and bullying that doesn’t work with us. Although I don’t practice law anymore, it would be my dream to do just one more deposition in my career—to take Donald’s deposition and rip him to shreds with a brutal cross-examination on camera. I would notice his deposition right away and bring up his past with Jeffrey Epstein, Russia, his bankruptcies, and his disgusting teenage “beauty pageants.” I predict that Donald Trump is going to have a spectacular fall. It is already starting to happen. Are you following these town halls that we are covering?! The fact that Trump’s press secretary is spending time attacking our Substack while he crashes the market, takes away people’s jobs, eliminates healthcare, and causes inflation to surge shows how demented and psychopathic this regime is. In any event, I am glad we are helping lead the movement that exposes his fraud. I am glad we helped rebuild the media with the help of the MeidasMighty. We have so much more work to do, but I feel every day we are making progress together. I feel the momentum is now rapidly accelerating. Jeffrey Epstein’s ties to Russia’s underworld will be explored in new book

Two weeks after the death of disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, publisher Dutton announced a new book that will explore his connections with the Russian underworld.

Journalist Craig Unger, author of “House of Trump, House of Putin: The Untold Story of Donald Trump and the Russian Mafia,” will release a new book about Russian connections to public figures, including Epstein, U.S. Atty. Gen. William Barr and President Trump, the Penguin Random House imprint revealed Tuesday.

The publisher said the book, due for release in 2020 and as yet untitled, “will contain deeply reported, explosive newsbreaks that shed new light on Russian ties to powerful politicians and financiers.”

The Department of Justice did not respond to request for comment about Unger’s book.

Amanda Walker, Dutton’s publicity director, said the book was in the works before Epstein died in custody on Aug. 10 while awaiting trial on new sex trafficking charges. His death was ruled a suicide.

“In light of Jeffrey Epstein’s recent suicide, Unger will pursue the story behind his death as the news unfolds and will continue to research his connections using the civil suits against his estate and the prosecution of his co-conspirators,” the Dutton announcement said.
