Trump goes on unhinged rant against crooked congressman he pardoned, accidentally cops to fraud
Hoo boy. When Donald Trump pardoned conservative House Democrat Henry Cuellar and his wife late last year on felony charges of bribery, money laundering, and conspiracy, he clearly was expecting some kind of favor in return. Perhaps a party switcheroo by the Worst Democrat in the House™, or at the very least, a retirement that might present a pickup for Republicans in Texas.
Cuellar, of course, had other ideas, and promptly announced his intention to run for reelection as a Democrat, infuriating Dear Leader, who lambasted the congressman for his lack of loyalty.
Last night, Donald was back on his social media soapbox, where he laid into Cuellar in an unhinged rant, complete with an absolutely pitch-perfect self-own, calling the fraudster "a weak and incompetent version of me." We couldn't agree more, actually.

ICE fatally shot dad in front of his 3-year-old daughter in Biddeford, Maine
Donald Trump’s ICE goons gunned down Joan Sebastian Guerrero — a legally-authorized, gainfully-employed 26-year-old father who wasn't even the guy they were looking for — in Biddeford, Maine, yesterday morning, then took nearly twelve hours to release a statement citing a threat to “public safety," as if an innocent man driving away from an aggressive, unmarked-car ambush is the danger and not the brute squad that just orphaned his three-year-old daughter right in front of her.
An eyewitness on the scene, Daniel Boucher, told The Press Herald that he saw an SUV trying to ram a smaller car prior to shots being fired. Boucher added, “[Guerrero] was bleeding profusely from the head. He was talking. He said, ‘I tried to stop.’”
According to Maine Sen. Angus King, ICE agents — who were not wearing body cameras, mind you — were conducting a targeted surveillance of a suspected undocumented immigrant in the area, but Guerrero was not the target of the arrest warrant. It would seem his only "crime" — for which he lost his life — was not being white.
Senate Judiciary Dems call Epstein victim to testify against Todd Blanche for attorney general
Todd Blanche, Donald Trump's former personal attorney and absolute hack of an acting attorney general, is set for contentious Senate confirmation hearings this week, and it doesn't look like Democrats are in any mood to play nice. Senate Judiciary Democrats have invited Danielle Bensky, a survivor of Trump's late pedophile buddy Jeffrey Epstein, to testify against Blanche in his quest to lead the DOJ permanently. The minority witness list will also include Liz Oyer, a former DOJ pardon attorney, who, according to Sen. Dick Durbin, was "fired by Blanche for refusing to rubber stamp gun ownership rights to Mel Gibson, a convicted domestic violence abuser and friend of Donald Trump."
A group of Epstein survivors separately released a video Monday evening urging senators to oppose Blanche for his role in overseeing the haphazard release and brazen suppression of Epstein materials in the department's possession.
Republicans have not yet announced who they will invite to testify in support of Blanche.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul establishes the nation's first statewide moratorium on new AI data centers
Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order today creating a statewide moratorium on new hyperscale data centers in New York, a first-in-the-nation effort to "establish the strongest standards for data center development" going forward. "As data center development threatens to hike up utility bills, deplete our natural resources, and create uncertainty for New Yorkers, it’s my responsibility to take action and lead," Hochul said in a press release.
For perspective, as of June 2026, the United States is home to 4,423 data centers, the most of any country worldwide by a significant margin. The next closest is the United Kingdom, which has 555 data centers.
To impose the moratorium, Hochul will temporarily pause state environmental permits for up to one year. The goal in this time, her office reports, is to build a regulatory framework designed to "protect ratepayers, the environment, the energy grid, and communities across the state."

Most prosecutors gave up on holding Jeffrey Epstein’s network accountable. New Mexico is done waiting.
Attorney General Raúl Torrez has an active criminal investigation into Epstein’s Zorro Ranch, and he’s going straight at the one thing blocking it—demanding the DOJ hand over the unredacted files it’s been sitting on.
Six times since February he’s asked. Six times they stonewalled—even after he took it straight to acting AG Todd Blanche, Trump’s own former defense lawyer. That’s 130 days of silence, and counting.
So Torrez drew a hard line: hand over the files by July 31, or he takes the DOJ to court. “Witnesses relocate and become unreachable,” he warns—every day they stall costs him ground, and he refuses to quit.
The regime thought these files were buried for good—Torrez just picked up a shovel and started digging.

Trump sued the IRS for $10 billion over the leak of his tax returns. The catch: he runs the IRS. So everyone who was supposed to stop it had a choice—protect your money, or obey the boss. Every one of them caved.
The DOJ, sworn to defend the Treasury, did nothing. The IRS wrote a memo laying out exactly how Trump could lose the case, then folded anyway. The Treasury’s top lawyer quit the day they announced a settlement. One by one, the guardrails collapsed.
Here’s the deal they nearly pulled off: $1.776 billion in taxpayer money funneled into a fund Trump controlled, plus a promise the IRS could never audit him, his sons, or his companies again. Cash today, immunity forever.
Until one court stopped it. Judge Kathleen Williams threw the whole thing out and reported Trump’s lawyers to the bar—including acting AG Todd Blanche, the same man stonewalling New Mexico.
One judge held the line. Remember that.

Big Tech didn’t even get a foot in the door in Sarasota County, Florida. They slammed it shut first.
Last week the Sarasota County Commission voted five-to-nothing to freeze every new data center for a year—before a single one could apply. They saw the giant computer warehouses Big Tech has been trying to plant in towns across the country, and they refused to wait their turn. And here’s the kicker: these commissioners are Republicans. One of them, Joe Neunder, put it in four words: “No, not now, never.”
The residents saw what was coming—a single one of these data centers can guzzle up to five million gallons a day, more than half of what a local plant produces, just to cool its machines—and they rallied until the commission acted.
Big Tech usually wins these fights by writing checks and waiting for the vote. Sarasota didn’t give them the chance.

Want to know what this country really thinks of the regime? Follow the money. In just three months, everyday Americans gave $586 million to Democratic candidates and causes through ActBlue. That’s the most raised in a single quarter in any midterm ever.
Most of it came in small. The average gift was thirty-nine dollars. More than half a million people gave through ActBlue for the very first time—grocery money, gas money, whatever they could spare. That’s not a fundraising haul. It’s an uprising with a receipt.
And here’s the sweetest part. All quarter long, Republicans tried to shut it down—hauling ActBlue through investigations, demanding its records, hoping to scare people away from giving. It didn’t work. They pushed hard, and the money came in bigger than ever.
Fifteen million times over, Americans just showed the regime exactly where this is headed—thirty-nine dollars at a time.
Notice what today’s wins had in common. The prosecutor wouldn’t take no for an answer. The judge wouldn’t take the fraud. The county wouldn’t take the check. Fifteen million donors wouldn’t take the threat.

Did I read yesterday that we’re still looking at Todd Blanche‘s name being approved (or not) by committee before it can come before the full Senate for confirmation hearings?
Either way, I hope this whole matter of his being referred, along with others, for censure, if not even disbarment… That should be earthquake enough to simply result in a clear NO to any consideration that he would be even considered - let alone confirmed - as United States Attorney General?

As a student, I assisted several 'disabled students' navigate a campus not yet ready to accommodate 'disabilities.'
Just because a person is BLIND, DEAF, USES A WHEELCHAIR, or has other DISABILITIES, they should NEVER be excluded.
A visit to any local VA provides insight into to need to protect ALL!

Can't take credit I heard it somewhere years ago when all of Trump's attorneys were needing lawyers to defend themselves. I don't know how many attorneys of Trump's have lost their licenses. I'm pretty sure that list is going to grow. We need more Jack Smith's not Alini Habba, Pam Bondi, and the absolute worst has to be whatever his name is running the DOJ now, Blanche is a total POS. His handling of the Epstein files better get him disbarred at a minimum, if not in jail, and that settlement with Trump was unbelievable.
The most amazing thing about this is that with all this pushback, and all these court victories, and the mounting losses for the regime, federal Republican legislators are still sucking hard on their thumbs.
