A few weeks ago I published online my responses to questionnaires solicited by interest groups, labor unions, and advocacy organizations. This morning, the Boston Globe is out with an editorial that urges every candidate in Massachusetts to follow my lead for the sake of transparency and accountability.

As the Globe points out, as of this morning, neither of my opponents has taken me up on the full measure of the pledge. We don’t know what promises they have made in secret to organizations that have business in front of state government. Transparency on these questionnaires is the least that voters deserve, and it’s troubling that my opponents throw around the word “transparency” but don’t practice what they preach. My team is already working to incorporate this editorial into our paid media messaging, but we need the resources to make sure it gets in front of voters at this critical time. Can you help with a contribution?

MASSACHUSETTS: Mail-in Ballot Applications Are Here!

 

Apply Now to Vote by Mail

It’s hard to believe that Election Day is just seven weeks away. Team Dempsey wants to make sure you have a plan to vote by mail, early, or on September 6th. We’re reaching out with a big update:  The online application to receive a ballot to vote by mail is now available!  You can find the 2022 Vote By Mail application here. This application must be received by your local election office no later than 5 PM on August 29th to have your ballot mailed to you. You can find your local election office contact information here. After submitting this application to your local election office, your official ballot will arrive by mail.  Once you have your ballot, please be aware that your ballot must be received by your local election office no later than September 6th for your vote to count!   You can find additional information about the mail-in voting process at the Secretary of State’s website here under the “Returning Your Ballot” section. Team Dempsey will be hitting the trail every day until September 6th, and we hope to earn your vote! We Won The Convention!

 

Thank You, MassDems Delegates! What a weekend in Worcester! I am so grateful to each and every one of you who participated in the Massachusetts Democratic Party Convention, and to those who were helping and rooting on Team Dempsey from home. I am honored to be the endorsed candidate of the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Today's victory was possible because of your commitment to this campaign. We have an incredible team, and I am so glad you are part of it. Contribute To Celebrate Our Big Win Over the last year, we have attended more than 200 Democratic Town, City and Ward Committee events. We've jumped on Zoom after Zoom after Zoom. We've held phonebanks and organizing meetings and meet-and-greets from Pittsfield to Provincetown. That work led up to today's win -- but we're only just getting started. We now enter a new phase of the campaign. Over the next 94 days -- we have to be laser focused on connecting with the hundreds of thousands of voters who will show up to the polls for the Democratic Primary on September 6th. We need your help getting there, and contributions are what enable us to build the team we need to reach those voters.
