Boston Globe: “Every candidate for office in Massachusetts should follow Dempsey’s example.”

A few weeks ago I published online my responses to questionnaires solicited by interest groups, labor unions, and advocacy organizations. This morning, the Boston Globe is out with an editorial that urges every candidate in Massachusetts to follow my lead for the sake of transparency and accountability.
As the Globe points out, as of this morning, neither of my opponents has taken me up on the full measure of the pledge. We don’t know what promises they have made in secret to organizations that have business in front of state government. Transparency on these questionnaires is the least that voters deserve, and it’s troubling that my opponents throw around the word “transparency” but don’t practice what they preach.

My team is already working to incorporate this editorial into our paid media messaging, but we need the resources to make sure it gets in front of voters at this critical time. Can you help with a contribution?
Every dollar you contribute goes immediately to our efforts to connect directly with voters at a time when many are already voting by mail. It’s absolutely critical we get our message in front of them.

Thank you for your support as we work to make state government more transparency and accountable for everyone across Massachusetts!

Best,
Chris
