We fund voter protection
We’re fuming about this.
In March in Texas, we saw absentee ballot rejection rates of as high as 50%.
Half of the ballots.
But apparently, Republicans think their voter suppression law didn’t go far enough, because now, there’s this:
It seems like Republicans won’t give it a rest until they have suppressed every last Democratic voter.
So, we can’t rest either.
We need to double down on our efforts to defend and expand voting rights, protect early voting and ensure fair and free ballot access for all voters. That's why we're funding voter protection staff in Texas, to fight for voters year-round.
But our voter protection efforts will only be effective if we have the resources to fund a large enough year-round operation. And we can’t do that without you.
Thank you,

We Fund Voter Protection In 2020, we ran the Democratic Party’s Voter Protection Program in Georgia, when the state flipped blue for the first time in nearly 30 years. We pioneered a new model of voter protection, built on sustained investments and long-lasting relationships. Now, we’re building on that success and adapting the Georgia model to fight voter suppression in other states.
