I preordered it from Thriftbooks.com. It was cheaper than bookshop.com who also has it. I won't buy from Amazon. I know it will be a hard read, but I am doing it for Virginia. And I will recommend another book that will open your eyes - it is by the lawyer who has represented many. I am only halfway through and there is so much information. Relentess Pursuit by Bradley J.
