✍️ Petition: Media Must Cover Meta's Settlement as a Wake-Up Call Meta has agreed to pay up to $17.1 billion to settle claims from 48 states, the District of Columbia, and four U.S. territories over how it intentionally designed Instagram and Facebook to addict children. This is not a fine for a minor infraction. It is the largest child safety settlement in American history — an implicit admission that a company worth nearly $2 trillion knowingly engineered its products to psychologically harm minors for profit. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration fund and changed the company's content moderation policies after meeting with the president — a transparent attempt to buy regulatory protection. It didn't fully work. But the settlement's fine print matters: Meta only has to pay 70 percent unless TikTok and YouTube also settle, giving the company every incentive to delay and deflect. Tell Trump’s Interior Department: Yosemite Is Not for Sale New reporting just exposed that Trump’s Interior Department is considering carving up Yosemite National Park to help a private developer. But we can still stop it. Kingsbarn Realty Capital owns roughly 83 acres next to Yosemite and wants better road access to the property. For years, the National Park Service resisted efforts involving access through the park. Now federal officials are considering a land exchange that could make the developer’s plans easier. But Yosemite belongs to us, not politicians. And we need to stop them from handing it off like a political favor. Tell Interior Secretary Doug Burgum and the National Park Service: Stop this deal before it goes any further. Do not transfer Yosemite land or grant special access that benefits private development Current and former officials have reportedly described unusual political pressure on the National Park Service to accommodate the property owner, although the Interior Department denies politics is driving the process. Interior says the proposal is still under consideration. Once a transfer or access deal is approved, stopping it becomes much harder. That's why taking action now is critical. Make RFK Jr. Answer for Misleading Congress Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been accused by members of Congress of lying to the Senate about his 2019 trip to Samoa. His record of vaccine denial was one of the biggest obstacles to his confirmation — and senators now have new evidence suggesting he lied about it. Kennedy repeatedly told senators that the Samoa trip had “nothing to do with vaccines.” But newly revealed correspondence appears to contradict him. The Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency just raised the threat of Israeli government spying on U.S. officials to its highest level. Meanwhile, Congress is simultaneously considering to all but fuse the Pentagon and Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), giving the Israeli government special privileges available to NO other country. You're not alone if you think this is totally backwards.

It all comes down to a provision buried in the 504-page House National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA): the “U.S.-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative.”

If the provision, which Israeli PM Netanyahu has called "my plan," is enacted, we could see increased taxpayer dollars funding Israeli weapons manufacturers, collaboration on AI-powered warfare, massive privacy concerns, and so much more.¹

Not on our watch. Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Ro Khanna (D-CA) are leading the charge to strip this provision out of the NDAA. It’s a critical step, but with weapons contractors and powerful special interest groups rallying support, they’re facing an uphill battle.

Rep. Sara Jacobs put it plainly:

“If any other country in the world had been credibly accused of violating U.S. and international law again and again, of killing tens of thousands of civilians, of blocking food and medicine from reaching a starving population, we would not be moving to deepen and permanently expand our military ties with them.”²

Most people have never heard of this dangerous provision. The lobbyists who wrote it are counting on that, because if they have their way, we’ll face a Pentagon-IDF intelligence and tech alliance that may be near impossible to undo.
