MAMDANI CALLS CUOMO “TRUMP’S PUPPET” No matter how hard Trump tries, his attempts to upend the New York City mayoral election continue to fail miserably. During a debate this week, Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani made it clear that Trump’s schemes won’t work. He absorbed constant attacks from Cuomo and Republican Curtis Sliwa. But a key moment was when Mamdani called out Cuomo for refusing to condemn Trump by name, saying it was “an act of cowardice … That is what we would see from Donald Trump’s puppet.” GOP GROUP SHUT DOWN Following massive public outrage, the New York GOP voted to shut down a “young” Republicans group. The image above is one of many text messages that leaked from the organization, containing some of the most vile messages imaginable. Let’s just say they are racists who put hitler on a pedestal. JD Vance lied about the group, saying they were kids. In reality, they are all adults between the ages of 18 and 40. Earlier this week, Gov. Kathy Hochul said: “Kick them out of the party. Take away their official roles … There needs to be consequences. This bulls**t has to stop.” Absolutely right. None of these monsters should have a role in public life ever again. ZELENSKY BACK IN DC Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was back in DC yesterday, bringing courage to a city that desperately needs it. He was resolved, firm, and focused, while Trump was distracted and clearly out of his depth. Zelensky never flinched, and once again showed the world what real leadership looks like. NO KINGS PROTESTS TODAY Today, thousands of events will be held all across the US, its territories, and in countries around the world. Organizers are expecting to see the largest mass protest in US history. I urge everyone participating to remain peaceful.
