How to vote in today’s election (please read)

As you know, today is Election Day in California.

Here in San Francisco, voters have a choice about the future of the criminal justice reform movement. Will we go back to a time of mass incarceration that didn’t make us any safer? Or will we send a message that the tried-and-failed “lock-em-up” approach to crime simply doesn’t work?

We need everyone to make their voice heard. So here's what you need to know:

  1. All California active registered voters will have received a vote-by-mail ballot at your home address. If you have not received a ballot or lost your ballot, You can still vote, call the Department of Elections at 415-554-4375 or visit https://sfelections.sfgov.org/ways-vote

  2. Return your vote-by-mail ballot by mail with prepaid postage as long as it's postmarked on or before Election day and received by June 14, 2022, or in-person to a secure ballot drop box, to a voting location or your county elections office by 8:00 p.m. on June 7, 2022.

  3. In-person voting locations will offer voter registration, replacement ballots, accessible voting machines, and language assistance to those who need it. (Click here to find your polling place or a dropbox location)

Most importantly, remember to VOTE NO on Prop. H. Here's how:

Thanks for voting,

Team Chesa Boudin

P.S. If you've already voted, or want to help some other way, we still need funds to help our organizers get every single voter to the polls. Will you chip in $20 or more to help us finish strong?

Chesa Boudin was elected District Attorney of San Francisco in 2019 to reform our criminal justice system. Now, right-wingers  want to reverse our progress and return our city to a time when innocent people were locked away and police acted with impunity.

Please chip in today to keep up the fight to reform San Francisco's criminal justice system.
