The Supreme Court is deliberating on a case that could gut the ability of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to stop corporate polluters from pumping deadly, climate-wrecking emissions into our atmosphere. This is a brazen assault on the federal government's power to protect the people it serves from toxic air pollution and worsening climate change.
