The January 6 committee released some shocking new video footage this week.

Despite previously claiming that he gave no tours to the public, surveillance footage shows Representative Barry Loudermilk giving a tour the day before the attack on the Capitol to a group that included an insurrectionist. The video footage shows the insurrectionist using the tour to photograph hallways, tunnels, and staircases within the Capitol complex.¹

In addition to this surveillance footage, the January 6 Committee released cell phone video that captured that insurrectionist during the attack saying,: “There’s no escape [...] We’re coming for you. We’re coming in like white on rice for Pelosi, Nadler, Schumer, even you AOC. We’re coming to take you out and pull you out by your hair.”

After Alexandria shared her story on January 6, there was a brutal disinformation campaign to discredit her. Right-wing news personalities, even conservative members of Congress downplayed the attack – claiming she was never at risk. But the truth always comes out.

The disinformation must stop. Alexandria is fighting for accountability for the representatives who were complicit in the January 6 attack that put her and all of her colleagues in danger of losing their lives.
