Cheri is facing an extreme Republican who wants to ban all abortions, without exceptions.

 

As I’m sure you’ve heard, a right-wing majority on the Supreme Court just overturned Roe v. Wade — eliminating our constitutional right to reproductive freedom and disregarding nearly 50 years of precedent.

This is not what the American people want. This is Republican politicians putting the government in charge of your pregnancy. Full stop.

Our last line of defense for federal protection of safe, legal abortion is the U.S. Senate. It is urgent that we defend and expand our majority in order to pass legislation to codify abortion rights into law.
