1. ZELENSKY WALKED INTO NATO AND WON IT ALL

He walked out with $80 billion in military support from Europe—plus, after years of Trump refusing, a green light to build Ukraine’s own Patriot missile defenses. The man Trump ambushed in the Oval Office just out-negotiated him in front of the whole world.
2. A COURT FREED THE MAN ICE CAGED
Rigoberto Santillan-Quiroz sat in an ICE cell for eight months with no chance to argue for his freedom. Twenty years of building a life in this country—and a wife he nursed through heart treatment—didn’t matter to the regime. Judge Richard Federico’s panel struck the policy down across six states and ordered him released—the fourth court to tell the regime no.
3. TRUMP’S JUDGE PROTECTED ELECTION WORKERS
The regime subpoenaed the names, addresses, and phone numbers of nearly 3,000 Georgians who worked the polls in Fulton County’s 2020 election. Trump-appointed Judge William Ray II quashed it—shielding the very workers Trump was going after.
4. A JUDGE FREED THE $16 BILLION TUNNEL
Trump froze the $16 billion Hudson River tunnel—the nation’s most important infrastructure project—and admitted he did it to spite Democrats. Judge Jeannette Vargas barred the freeze, calling it a “flagrant” breach of federal law, and sent 1,000 workers back on the job. Revenge isn’t a line item in the budget.
5. NEIGHBORS KILLED WORLD’S BIGGEST DATA CENTER
A few hundred Prince William County neighbors took on the largest data center ever proposed—23 million square feet beside the Civil War battlefield in Manassas. After years of fighting, the last developer standing finally quit. Big Tech had billions—the neighbors had each other, and the neighbors won.
6. YOUR PHONE JUST GOT HARDER TO SPY ON
Law enforcement had a trick: draw a circle on a map and make tech companies identify every device inside it—no suspect required. The regime told the Supreme Court no warrant should be required. The Court disagreed, 6-3.
7. ILLINOIS WROTE RULES WASHINGTON WOULDN’T
Gov. JB Pritzker signed the country’s toughest law reining in AI—forcing the biggest developers to publish their risks and submit to independent audits every year. Washington wrote nothing to protect you from this technology. Illinois refused to wait.
8. VOTERS KILLED A PROPAGANDA MACHINE
Hungarians suffered nightly propaganda from their own government’s TV channel—so in spring they voted the liars out. This week the new government pulled that channel off the air, and it signed off apologizing for years of lies. That’s what one election can do.

While all of these wins are progress in combating this mobster and his gang, we’re carefully watching to see if the new bipartisan housing legislation will make it easier to find affordable housing for the generations who are now starting families. My daughter is 38, and my son is 25. Neither of whom can come close to buying and maintaining a home of good quality. The law went into effect without the dumpster fire of a president, we’re all keeping an eye on it!!

Barely 24 hours after we wrote to you about a fatal shooting by the National Guard in Memphis, we have another violent tragedy on our hands.
Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was killed by ICE agents in Houston on Tuesday.

The United States military just killed an American citizen on the streets of an American city
On Sunday, National Guardsmen shot and killed a man in Memphis.
Much about what led to those tragic final moments is still unclear and the investigation remains ongoing.
But what information we have confirmed should concern every person reading this.
The Guard was responding to calls for service alongside Memphis Police.
That means uniformed military personnel are working the streets as local law enforcement.
Memphis and Shelby County leaders publicly opposed this deployment before it began. The Republican governor explicitly promised that guardsmen would NOT be involved in law enforcement activities.
But federal troops answered police calls anyway.
The Posse Comitatus Act was enacted in 1878 to keep the military out of civilian law enforcement.
The leaders who wrote it understood that soldiers policing civilians is one of the surest ways a free country stops being free.
Memphis on Sunday ran right past that line.
American soldiers are answering 911 calls and using deadly force in an American city.
Our Watch Center investigation team is already on it.
We are filing records requests for every camera in the area and building the timeline from eyewitnesses, local reporting, and law enforcement sources.
Federal troops operating as local police is a threshold this country spent nearly 150 years refusing to cross.
Now that it has, the least we can do is make sure that when the day of accountability comes, there is an honest record of exactly how it went down.
Trump may be losing the ability to legally attack voting, but he's taking no chances. He's fortifying the White House under the cover of replacing the columns. The entrance doors are being replaced with fortified versions, and the temporary fencing around the White House grounds - including the street access - is being replaced with permanent fencing. He's preparing for the mass protests that will certainly happen when he overturns the midterms.
And he's STILL REFUSING TO HAND OVER THE EPSTEIN FILES. I am not surprised. We are winning the legal battles, but he will never concede - as we all have seen.
Trump is also fearful that IRAN WILL KILL HIM!

I’m so glad for Zelensky!!!!! There should be a special election in this country immediately!! Stop allowing Trump from ruining the lives of Americans and other Countries ( like Ukraine), also!!! It’s like I said at the beginning of all of this insanity he’s brought to us: just go ahead and do what it takes to be a Democratic Nation like we. Have been known for 250 years! I remember riding in a school bus to high school with a couple Hungarian kids who had thrown home made grenades at a Russian troop parade in Budapest. Being a spoiled American who never had to worry about hostile troops in cities I was so impressed. How times change!
