Whale Captivity Is Still Ongoing—We Need Your Help to End It

Last August, Tokitae, an orca at Miami Seaquarium, died after being held for over 50 years in North America’s smallest orca tank. We can’t let tragedies like this keep happening.

Help us ensure this is the last generation of whales suffering in captivity by supporting the SWIMS Act, which aims to end the capture and breeding of orcas and other whales for public display.
