A security guard saw a man dump this dog out of a truck . He pushed her into the garbage and left. Her abdomen was massive and about to burst. She had given up hope & she can hardly move at all. What is most worrisome is her ability to breathe. The fluid pushed other vital organs into the chest cavity and compromised the lungs. She had wounds on her feet that were filled with worms which certainly make hard for her to get around on the streets. We can't imagine what life has been like for this sweet baby...
