The closing arguments in Donald Trump's first criminal trial - his first of four - were a study in contrasts. Prosecutor Joshua Steinglass gave the jurors every reasons to convict, while Trump's defense attorney, Todd Blanche, made a plainly improper argument, was chastised by the court, and prompted the judge to give the jury a curative instruction. Blanched reinforced what people have know about Trump for a very long time now . . . everything Trump touches dies. This video discusses some of the highlights and lowlights of closing arguments.
