Democrats Haul Trump’s “LoveMe” Ads To CourtThe regime has been running TV ads for Trump during football games since September 23. In one, a song called “Love Me” plays behind him. At the bottom of the screen it reads “Paid for by the U.S. Government.” Customs and Border Protection had a $500,000 budget line for “commemorative events,” meant, the lawsuits say, for things like memorials to officers killed in the line of duty. On September 19, Trump’s budget office moved $20 million into it. The next day the regime signed a $20 million ad contract under an agreement written in 2023 for Coast Guard recruiting ads. Trump is so needy he hid a commercial for himself behind the budget for fallen officers’ memorials. He backed down on October 5 and said he and his political fund would pay for the ads. A Reuters/Ipsos poll out the next day found 86 percent of Americans call that kind of spending inappropriate, including four out of five Republicans. The ads kept airing with the government’s name still on them. Trump says he’s paying now, but the White House says taxpayers won’t get back the estimated $12 million already spent. So on October 7, the Democratic National Committee sued him in federal court in Washington, DC, to shut the spending off. The same day a coalition led by the watchdog group Common Cause sued in New York to cancel the $20 million ad contract. On Friday, the DNC asked Judge Loren AliKhan to pull the ads now. She gave Trump’s lawyers until today to respond and set a hearing for Thursday. Someone who’s winning doesn’t have to buy applause with public money. Trump turned the budget for fallen officers’ memorials into his personal jukebox. On Thursday, a federal judge can pull the plug.
Newsom’s Birthday Gift To FoxCan’t Be ReturnedFox News just turned 30, and California Governor Gavin Newsom sent a card. “My little gift to you is a defamation lawsuit,” he wrote, “giving us the chance to see your emails, texts, edits, and the instructions.” He means it. He sued Fox last year for lying about him. In June 2025, Trump told reporters he’d called Newsom “a day ago.” He hadn’t, and Newsom fired back, “There was no call. Not even a voicemail.” Caught, Trump called Newsom a liar and gave Fox his call log. The log clearly showed their last call was days earlier. Newsom was right. Fox did the rest, with host Jesse Watters airing Trump’s answer with “a day ago” cut out. The banner under Watters read “Gavin Lied About Trump’s Call.” Five weeks later, with his network already sued, Watters told viewers, “I’m sorry, he wasn’t lying.” Then he called Newsom “confusing and unclear.” Fox has tried to kill the case in two courts, but this April, Judge Sean Lugg refused to throw it out—ruling it “reasonably conceivable” that Fox knew what it aired was false. Then, the Delaware Supreme Court refused to take up Fox’s appeal in August. Now they’ll have to exchange evidence, with Newsom demanding the texts and emails Fox sent behind the scenes. He’s also asking for at least $787 million, almost exactly what Fox paid voting-machine company Dominion over its 2020 election lies. Trump’s a pathological liar. Fox is the key megaphone he’s told those lies through. Newsom isn’t taking it. That’s why he dragged Fox into court, where he’s making that lying expensive again.
Four Democrats Follow The TrumpSons’ Pentagon MoneyTrump’s sons unveiled Trump Mobile last year to sell a gold phone under his name. Hackers have posted personal details, including home addresses, on 3,615 people they say came from its files. The hackers say the company’s answer was “We have no team to handle this.” That’s what the Trump name buys you. He rents it to anyone who pays, and then the people who trust him get burned. Senator Maggie Hassan, who also is taking on his TV ads, wants answers by October 29. Now look where the sons have put their money. Trump just announced a Navy deal worth up to $2.9 billion with a weapons maker called Anduril. Don Jr. is a partner in a firm that owns a piece of Anduril. A WaPo analysis found companies backed by funds tied to the sons have won at least $3.2 billion in government business since they invested, with $3.1 billion more in options. Their spokesperson says they don’t try to influence the contracts. They don’t have to. The man in charge of the money is their father. Trump is a crook, and the Pentagon is his sons’ cash machine. Four Democrats are following that money. Senators Elizabeth Warren, Richard Blumenthal, Tammy Duckworth, and Rep. Robert Garcia asked the Pentagon’s in-house investigator to dig in, warning, “The potential for corruption is obvious.” If Democrats win the House in 23 days, Garcia is in line to run its main investigating committee. Then it stops being a request. His committee can order the Pentagon to hand over the records.
Navy Families Spoke Up. TheirSailors Are Home. The aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln sailed into San Diego Bay on Thursday with families crowding the pier. Sixty-four fathers on board were about to meet their babies for the first time. “She’s our deployment baby,” said Kathy Monterrosa, a sailor herself, as she waited for her husband with their six-month-old daughter. The crew was gone 321 days. The deployment was extended twice while the ship fought in Trump’s war with Iran. They went 265 days between ports of call, a modern record. Families sounded the alarm this summer about food shortages and exhausted sailors—and more than 200 people packed a meeting in San Diego to confront the acting Navy secretary. Trump’s Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth called reports about conditions on the ship “completely misrepresented.” When told the families were worried, Trump shot back, “No, they’re not.” Asked whether the deployments had gone on too long, he answered, “not nearly long enough.” Senators took it from there. Fifteen of them sent questions to the Pentagon, and the Navy had to answer in writing. Trump wasn’t on that pier. He was in DC, handing a medal to his biggest 2024 donor, Elon Musk. Hegseth showed up on the flight deck the day before and told the crew he’s “the one who signed that orders book twice to extend you.” He said, “I plead guilty.” We accept the plea. Neither man brought these sailors home. Their families did. Twenty-three days until the midterms. The Navy families didn’t have a lobbyist or a TV network. More than 200 people walked into a room to get their message out, and the Trump regime was forced to listen. This community was built that same way, one person at a time. Every post—every letter campaign, every hour I put into investigating the regime—is paid for by a reader who decided to chip in and keep this work going. In the REPUBLICAN SCANDAL list I posted, it lists tRump with a notation that his crimes are too numerous to list.
CRAIG UNGER wrote about tRump/PUTIN long ago - just praise a narcissist and they're in love, besides the RUSSIANS bailed him out of bankruptcy and paid more for his properties than they were worth. tRump has always been an AGENT. PUTIN doesn't even have to use EPSTEIN's videos that he has. Because MAXWELL had a media empire, he was connected to intelligence organizations before meeting with a 'sudden death.' Is that the business plan GHISLAINE MAXWELL contributed?
GHOULiani earned a reputation prosecuting the "MAFIA," ignored RUSSIAN ORGANIZED CRIME?
EPSTEIN was an uneducated conman who studied the RICH and ingratiated himself.
I believe that there are aggressive DEMOCRATS who are going to uncover things we can't imagine. Robert Garcia is like a PIT BULL!
Refusing to release EPSTEIN details for other nations to prosecute is revealing. Obstructing investigations, such as ZORRO RANCH?
Prison Guards were paid for the night EPSTEIN died - never pursued.
Truck loads of documents were transported to the prison and destroyed after EPSTEIN's death - by whom? What else have they deleted?
Bringing the TATE BROTHERS to the U.S. has me curious, brought by GRENELL?
NUTLICK (sic) LIED and should be gone.
PERSKE wrote the casino regs as a legislator, then as CHAIR of the commission, allowed both tRump and MERV GRIFFIN to have casino licenses?
David Cay Johnston wrote 2 well-researched books about tRump's casinos - they used to send limos to pick up underaged kids after school and take them to the casinos, among numerous other things.
