So friends, yet another rogue ICE agent has been criminally indicted. This time for using his unmarked vehicle to run down and run over an unarmed man: a man who wasn't wanted, a man who had no criminal record, a man who has lived in the United States for more than 30 years! This is a good news, bad news story. The good news: maybe there will be some justice for this victim of ICE's lawlessness. The bad news: ICE, DHS, and the Trump administration continue to operate as a criminal organization, assaulting people, violating their constitutional rights, and then lying about what they did, covering up their crimes, concealing evidence from state law enforcement authorities - in a very real and direct sense, obstructing justice.
