After a court ordered that Donald Trump's name must be removed from the Kennedy Center, Trump decided he would just shut the Kennedy Center down. In support of his decision, he had someone draft a 163-page report he claims backs up his assertion that the Kennedy Center Neds to be closed for two years for renovations.
But in the litigation trying to stop Trump[ from essentially destroying the Kennedy Center, the plaintiff wanted to see the report, as Trump was relying on it to support his position in the court case.
Not wanting to disclose the report, Trump argued that the report is "too sensitive" to disclose.
The presiding judge just ruled against Trump and ordered the report disclosed.
