[2] He helped push Trump’s lies about the 2020 election and openly supports the dangerous and baseless “QAnon” conspiracy theory – saying “there's a lot of good to it", spreading QAnon posts on social media, and even writing QAnon conspiracies into a children's book that he authored. [3] And he has made his priorities clear: announcing on a podcast that he and President-elect Trump are “dead serious” about radically transforming the FBI to serve Trump’s revenge agenda and target political opponents and journalists – all while giving a free pass to violent January 6th insurrectionists.
