Republican Senator Katie Britt is still facing a tremendous amount of backlash over her pathetic State of the Union response, and one of the biggest problems she now has is that she told a story that she now admits isn't exactly the truth. Britt attempted to tell the story of a victim of smuggling and made it appear as if it happened under Biden's watch. However, it actually took place 20 years ago during a Republican presidency, and she sheepishly admitted and then somehow defended her statement on Fox News over the weekend.
