MAGA Broke The Law To Punish Blue States. She Filed To Remove Them.
Russell Vought admitted his office cut funding to states that voted against Trump. Sydney Kamlager-Dove filed articles of impeachment to remove him.

This administration got caught punishing states for how they voted. Then it tried to bury the reports meant to catch the next act of violence.
He Admitted To Cutting Funding States That Voted Against Trump.
Russell Vought runs the entire federal budget for Trump. In August, his own office admitted it cut funding to states that voted against Trump in 2024.
California lost 79 federal projects because of it. Grants already approved by Congress got frozen anyway, for one reason: how people voted.
Kamlager-Dove filed articles of impeachment against him. Her words: “OMB Director Russell Vought has repeatedly and openly broken the law to stroke Trump’s fragile ego.” She called it “blatant abuse of power.”
He still controls the money every state depends on for roads, hospitals, and schools.

A Judge Almost Held His New Attorney General In Contempt. He Stonewalled Anyway.
Kamlager-Dove has already gone after one Attorney General for hiding the Epstein files. Trump just gave her a second one to go after.
Congress passed a law ordering the Justice Department to release those files. A judge had to order Trump’s new Attorney General, Todd Blanche, to hand over records the department already owed the public, by August 25.
Days before that deadline, the judge warned he was ready to hold Blanche’s department in contempt. His exact words: “That’s not a threat. It’s a promise.”
Blanche’s department answered with an appeal instead of the files. His own lawyers admitted the order they were appealing “may not even be appealable.”

While Washington Lies, Her Own District Is Living The Cost.
ICE arrests in the Los Angeles region jumped nearly sevenfold last year. More than 13,400 people were detained, most with no criminal conviction at all.
Real families across Los Angeles are paying for it. One family pays $700 a month on a $55,000 bond just to keep a relative out of detention.
Kamlager-Dove answered with a bill, not just a statement. She introduced the Stop ICE’s Medical Neglect Act. It would force ICE to give detainees real medical care and stop punishing anyone who complains.

Every dollar for her campaign helps pay researchers who dig up facts like these and turn them into bills like this one. That’s what actually protects families still living through it.

This isn’t only happening in Los Angeles. The same administration cutting grants to punish blue states and hiding threat reports from the public is doing it everywhere it can get away with it. Every fighter who keeps making them answer for it makes that harder.
