 IT'S TIME TO STOP TRUMP'S HATE AND BUILD COMMUNITIES!

When I was watching Bad Bunny's powerful halftime show, I was taken back to my time as a First Responder in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, when our team found and rescued a puppy amid the devastation:  In moments like that, you see the very best of who we are: compassion, resilience, and a commitment to one another.   At a time when Donald Trump is trying to demonize Latinos and divide our communities, that performance was a reminder that our diversity is our strength — and that love will always be louder than fear.   I couldn’t help but feel emotional watching a fellow 31-year-old Latino with tan skin and curly hair command the world’s biggest stage. As the son of a single mother who immigrated from Latin America, I never imagined my journey would take me to Yale, into a career as an environmental lawyer, to the state legislature, and now to a campaign for Congress.   But this race isn’t about me.    It’s about whether families in Colorado’s 8th District have a representative who understands their struggles, shares their hopes, and will fight relentlessly on their behalf.   This was one of the closest congressional races in the country in 2024 — and it could decide the balance of power again.   If we want to stop Trump’s agenda from causing more harm in our communities, the path runs straight through this district.   That’s why I’m asking for your help today. Chip in $10, $20, $30, or whatever you can to help us flip this seat blue and send a real fighter to Congress.
