I am a 65 year old Norwegian. I have always had a close relationship with the USA. I have lived there for several years, and it was a great time. But in just three months, a crazy president has managed to turn the country into something we Europeans do not recognize. I sincerely feel sorry for all the Americans who did NOT vote for that crazy man Millions of Europeans who had planned to visit the USA on their vacation are now canceling everything. But Trump probably thinks that it makes all Americans rich.......It must be bad to have a president without a heart Trump has been saying "Make America Great Again" for a long time. And it therefore seems very strange that he, as president, is doing the opposite. The USA has never been such an unpopular and messy country as it is now. And that is very sad

I am disgusted that Republican senators and members of the House are more concerned about being primaried instead of fighting for what they believe in. I was a Republican my entire life until in 2018 when it was time to renew my driver's license, I switched to Independent at the DMV. I'm not a Dem, never have been so I couldn't go there. Since then, I have become more and more disgusted with my former party and I am not alone. The Republican Party is now officially KIA. Trump has done what he used to brag about. He grabbed Congress by the pussy and co-opted the legislative branch. It's f-ing embarrassing. Shame on all of us for electing him knowing how full of shit he was the first term.

My ancestors told me about holocaust and who in my family died at the hands of the Nazi soldiers. Two of my ancestors were toddlers who were taken from their parents and burned alive in the oven. This crap happening now resembling our past. What we Jews endured from a tyrant

I think it is fantastic that this senator has taken a huge risk to go to El Salvador to meet with Abrego Garcia. However, more pressure needs to be put on the Democrats in Congress to do something about Trump. The longer we wait, the more emboldened he will become, and the harder it will be to maintain democracy. Please create content to have a dialogue with Congress on both sides of the aisle to do something. While it is important to vote in the midterms in 2026, that is too far off in the future. Trump has to be stopped now.

I think the Nuremberg trials established that crimes against humanity can't be deemed legal by a court within a fascist regime, and that those of authority within said court are themselves liable for their participation in such crimes. It's only a matter of time.
