I’ll keep this short. We ran a poll on the MeidasTouch Network asking our viewers if they supported President Biden pardoning his son Hunter. To ensure accurate results, we required verification on the poll form to confirm respondents were humans, not bots.

The poll sampled 40,127 Meidas viewers. Of that group, 97 percent of respondents said they supported the pardon, 2.5 percent said they did not support it, and 0.5 percent said they were unsure. The result is overwhelmingly in favor of the pardon. We conducted the poll over a one-week period following the pardon announcement. Here’s a graph of the final poll results:

At MeidasTouch, we are always interested in the views of our audience. As I’ve said before, since we don’t have outside investors, our stakeholders are you — “we the people.” It’s clear that our audience overwhelmingly supports the pardon decision.

Our audience comprises a mix of political viewpoints, including individuals who are highly politically active and those who aren’t deeply engaged in politics but care about basic values and decency.

Politicians would be wise to take note of these polling results. Additionally, these results further highlight how out of touch corporate media coverage has become. Corporate outlets feigned outrage for 72 hours over the pardon before quickly moving on to the next shiny object in their horse-race coverage.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the poll.
