Former Prosecutor Stacey Honowitz is back with a shocking new development in the case of Mickey Stines, the former sheriff of Letcher County, Kentucky, accused of fatally shooting District Judge Kevin Mullins. A woman has come forward, revealing that in 2022 she was coerced into performing sexual favors for one of Stines’ deputies in exchange for remaining under house arrest. She alleges that the judge operated the courthouse like a “brothel,” orchestrating a sex-for-favors scheme.
