During a recent podcast appearance, Donald Trump renewed his attacks on his former Vice President, Mike Pence, for failing to do what Trump says was "right" on January 6th. Trump claimed that Pence had the absolute right to send the slates of electors back to the states instead of certifying the election results - which happens to be the main argument that Jack Smith is using to prosecute Trump in the January 6th case!
