During rescue work in Mexico, we received a call about this dog. She got hit by a car weeks ago and her owner just ignored her. So her legs got scraped so bad the bones were showing & broken. She was very weak and covered in ticks and maggots. Her face was so swollen and puncture wounds on her neck, and her spine is complete broken...
