NBC News’ Morgan Chesky spoke with Steven Spainhouer who ran to the aid of shooting victims at the scene of a mass shooting at an outlet mall outside of Dallas, Texas that left eight people dead. Spainhouer’s son was working inside the outlet mall when the shooting began.
