Donald Trump's deranged rants on his third-rate social media platform signal he knows what's coming
A National Review headline announces, "Trump has Completely Lost his Grip on Reality." In a humorous passage the author discusses the fact that other Republicans are positioning themselves for presidential runs, noting, "and then there's Donald Trump, who, despite being the only candidate who has officially announced his bid, is . . . well, ranting like a deranged hobo in a dilapidated public park."
Moving from the humorous to the serious, it's not the prospect of reelection that folks should be worried about. It's the message that has been sent by the Department of Justice by its decision to NOT act to hold Donald Trump accountable for what is now more than two years after he launched an attack on the US Capitol to stop the transfer of presidential power.
