Chuck Rosenberg responds to Former Mark Meadows aide Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony before the Jan. 6 committee. "The president understood, to the extent that he can understand anything, that they were not there to harm him," Rosenberg says. "So the question I think is an open one: Who did he believe they were there to harm?"
