Late last night, disturbing news broke of a draft Supreme Court opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade and the right to safe, legal abortion in this country.
To be clear: this is just the beginning. The right-wing SCOTUS is inciting violence on our bodies, billionaires are buying and selling our freedom and futures, and we are anticipating another SCOTUS ruling that will gut the Clean Air Act.
Right now, it’s critical we send support to local abortion funds, especially organizations in states where abortion care will be, or is already, restricted or banned as a result of extreme Republican state legislatures or the right-wing SCOTUS overturning Roe.

It’s clear the right-wing SCOTUS is not going to stop, so neither can we. It’s important that we take care of one another — and then, we must recommit to demanding Democrats use their power to protect our bodies and our democracy.
