Insulin shouldn’t put someone in debt

You might have heard about the bill that just passed the House capping insulin prices at $35 a month.

I proudly voted yes on this legislation because, to put it plain and simple, drug prices are out of control. No family should have to go into debt in order to afford life-saving medicine.

Millions of American lives would be changed for the better if this bill becomes law. Now, it’s up to the Senate to push it forward to President Biden’s desk.

Can you join me in supporting monumental legislation like this by signing our petition?

ADD YOUR NAME

Nearly all House Republicans voted against capping insulin prices, and with Democrats having a narrow majority in the Senate, it’ll be a close vote.

The best thing we can do now is band together and show Congress how widely supported this legislation is.

If you agree that the Senate should work to pass life-saving legislation like this, sign on today.

Thank you for taking action,

Melanie Stansbury
