AOC is not attending the State of the Union. Here’s why:

Alexandria just announced it: She is boycotting Donald Trump’s State of the Union.

Everything is not fine. Our leaders cannot pretend that it is. Trump’s lawless conduct and subversion of the Constitution are undermining the foundation of our democracy.

So instead of giving cover to this extremist, criminal regime, AOC will be taking a stand for our democracy.
