ICE OUT ACROSS AMERICA

Today, hundreds of “ICE OUT” events are happening across the country in solidarity with Minnesota communities devastated by the regime’s violence. Organizers are calling for a nationwide general strike—no shopping, no work, no school—with marches, protests, and vigils planned in nearly every state.

JACK SMITH TESTIFIES PUBLICLY

During former special counsel Jack Smith’s testimony yesterday, every House Republican seemed like they were trying to impress Trump with their despicable behavior.

But Smith stood his ground, declaring: “Trump was charged because the evidence established that he willfully broke the very laws that he took an oath to uphold.”

Smith added that he stands by his decision to bring charges against Trump: “Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that [Trump] engaged in criminal activity.”

MICHAEL FANONE SPEAKS UP

One of the worst performances throughout Smith’s testimony came from GOP Rep. Troy Nehls, who lied and said Trump was not to blame for what happened on Jan 6. In response, while Nehls was still speaking, former DC police officer Michael Fanone coughed loudly and then said: “Go f**k yourself.”

MY ADDITION: MAGA TEXAS DIMWIT WHO SHOULD HAVE KEPT HIS MOUTH SHUT:
Troy Edwin Nehls is an American politician and former law-enforcement officer serving as the U.S. representative for Texas's 22nd congressional district since 2021. Before his election to Congress, he served as the sheriff for Fort Bend County, Texas from 2013 to 2021. Nehls is a member of the Republican Party. Nehls's district, which was once represented by prominent representatives Ron Paul and Tom DeLay, includes most of the southwestern portion of the Houston Metropolitan Area, including a portion of the cities of Sugar Land, Needville and Rosenberg Continued in Wikipedia

At one point, Jan 6 hero Harry Dunn had to hold Fanone back from a right-winger in the audience. This maga monster allegedly said something beyond disturbing about Fanone’s kids.

I personally have become great friends with some of those who fought back against the rioters on Jan 6. They put their lives on the line to defend the US against the violent mob that was incited by Trump. And you’d have to be a real lowlife to attack these heroes.

AOC VS. THE MACHINE

Dem Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been on a crusade this week to hold executives of healthcare and corporate media companies accountable.

Just yesterday, during a hearing with healthcare executives, AOC dismantled CVS Health CEO David Joyner for running a monopoly that puts the burden on patients from every angle. AOC highlighted the dark reality we face: “Health insurance gets a cut, pharmacy benefit manager gets one, drug manufacturer gets one, and the patient gets screwed.”

AOC didn’t stop there. She also slammed corporate media’s “bizarre” sanewashing of Trump’s broken brain. AOC found it “really damning when we think about the degree to which media outlets reported on Joe Biden … yet we are seeing behavior from Donald Trump that is increasingly erratic and alarming, and everyone is pretending this is normal.”

Trump absolutely deserves around-the-clock coverage of his deteriorating physical and mental state.

NEWSOM KEEPS HEAT ON TRUMP

Trump might have been expecting people to bow to him in Davos, Switzerland, this week, but what he got instead was CA Gov. Gavin Newsom bringing the fire.

Everything boiled over when the White House got a Newsom event canceled. That backfired spectacularly, giving Newsom a megaphone at a speaking engagement the next day to call out the Trump regime’s “authoritarian tendencies.” Newsom said: “How weak and pathetic do you have to be to be this scared of a fireside chat?”

Newsom refused to let the regime normalize all this chaos, stating: “We have to call this out. Unprecedented in American history happening in real time on our watch.”

And he’s absolutely right. While the Trump regime tries to silence critics and erase what’s left of our democratic norms, we must put a stop to it.
