The vote is TUESDAY

Tuesday morning, the Senate will hold its vote on whether or not to confirm Donald Trump’s nominee as Social Security Commissioner, Frank Bisignano.

For months, we’ve seen headline after headline describing the chaos and ruination that Elon Musk’s DOGE has inflicted upon the Social Security Administration. Frank Bisignano is not the cure to the DOGE-manufactured chaos at the Social Security Administration. In fact, he is part of it, and, if confirmed, would make it even worse.

We’re not going down without a fight. Republicans may have a majority in the Senate, but we’re going to rally to send a message: A vote for Trump's Social Security Commissioner is a vote to destroy Social Security!

Bisignano describes himself as ‘a DOGE person.’ That’s something he has in common with the current acting commissioner, Leland Dudek, who has slashed staff and services at the direction of Elon Musk’s DOGE.

In his confirmation hearing, Bisignano lied under oath about coordinating with DOGE to create the current chaos in the Social Security Administration. Fortunately, a high-level civil servant has blown the whistle and set the record straight―something that Sen. Ron Wyden was quick to point out.

Bisignano’s record at the private sector companies he has run is right in line with DOGE. He cut staffing to the bone and reportedly created toxic work environments. If he is confirmed, the now-toxic work environment at SSA will likely get worse.

Social Security needs a commissioner whose loyalty is to beneficiaries, not Elon Musk. Bisignano would not even contradict Musk’s slander that Social Security is a criminal Ponzi scheme. Every Senator who cares about Social Security’s future should vote no on the confirmation of Frank Bisignano.

Win or lose, we will make it absolutely crystal clear to every single voter: A vote for Frank Bisignano is a vote to destroy Social Security! Make a donation today!

Thank you,
