A lady in Senatobia, MS was arrested on Mother's Day for parking in a handicapped spot at Walmart, despite having a valid placard. They took her to the ground and handcuffed her! It was uncalled for and overzealous. She was committing NO crime, but the officer decided to confront her, because the officer apparently didn't see her drop her grandmother off at the door and felt the lady shouldn't park in the spot. The lady who was arrested says the Cop threatened to taze her and to tell CPS to take her children if she didn't cooperate. The lady says she asked for a supervisor instead of cooperating because she felt her rights were being violated. There's a video of the arrest and an interview with the lady who was arrested.
