We won discovery in our DOGE case

 

We wanted to reach out with an important update about our DOGE records case: the court granted us discovery, including sworn answers to written questions, documents and depositions of DOGE and Amy Gleason. The case is moving forward quickly. DOGE has repeatedly argued that it is not an agency subject to the Freedom of Information Act or the Federal Records Act. We’re arguing otherwise, and the discovery ordered by the Court this week gets us one step closer to answers. The American people deserve transparency from an agency that has taken unprecedented action to dismantle key government functions while avoiding public accountability.
