Republicans are gearing up to hand out massive tax cuts for billionaires while cutting vital programs like Social Security, Medicaid, and more. Just last week, the House voted again to pass their joint budget resolution which continues the process for their outrageous budget plan. Throughout this entire budget process, Republicans have been in lock-step with the Trump administration's plan to pad the pockets of the ultra-wealthy with dollars that belong to working families. The choice they're putting before us is making your life worse to make billionaires' lives better. While Americans face rising costs – including the rising costs from Trump's reckless tariffs – and worry about sending their kids to school hungry, Republicans are going full steam ahead with their budget plan that leaves New Jersey behind. This budget proposal is unacceptable, and I will oppose anything that harms New Jerseyans.
