A judge has ruled that Donald Trump cannot escape a defamation lawsuit from the group known as the "Central Park 5" after Trump made false statements about the men during his debate with Vice President Kamala Harris. Trump falsely claimed that the men were brutal murderers, when in reality they were falsely accused and eventually exonerated - a fact that is widely and publicly known. Regardless of how this proceeds, keep in mind that in order to APPEAL a judgment, a BOND of equal value must be posted & payments & interest accrue. The TRUMP ORG lawsuit has a COURT APPOINTED MONITOR to oversee the financial actions - to prevent sales or encumbrances - DEBT. Recently someone made a comment about both Trump & Musk being bankrupt. It is likely that RUSSIA is calling in their massive debts from bailing out Trump bankruptcies. It's something to think about. SPACE X is a FLOP! Michael Whitaker, head of the FAA, FINED SPACE X for the first explosion that scattered debris & forced flights to be diverted, as well as grounding SPACE X which was reasonable action. MUSK forced him to resign, replaced with the INCOMPETENT SEAN DUFFY who can't figure out how to keep planes in the air, slashed employees including AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS, eliminated the oversight board. SEAN DUFFY has 9 kids, still hasn't figured out where they come from & wants to focus on funding going to communities with high marriage & birth rates.
No action was taken after the most recent SPACE X EXPLOSION that scattered debris.
