Imagine my shock. 
You couldn't get Tom Clancy, James Patterson, Patricia Cornwall, Dan Brown, Spike Lee, Quentin Tarantino and Tyler Perry in a room together to write a script detailing all the BS we're seeing and sell it to a movie studio because no one would believe it. But here we are.
Sadly, congress and the scotus will let him do anything he wants. He could ship it all to Russia and they wouldn't do anything about it. For all we know, he already did.

He wants to save those docs for a Presidential Library? That's under the purview of the National Archives! They belong to the Archives, not him.

When is he going to be charged for espionage? He should impeach immediately for this action.
It took a year to get my TS clearance in the Navy in the early eighties. Every time I was transferred and even honorably discharged from the service, I had to be debriefed. While at my commands, NO documents were ALLOWED to leave the secure premises! Any violations of this would lead me to the brig, possibly going to prison for treason. How is this any different for our higher official government SERVANTS?! Any one working in the government, including running for office, ESPECIALLY the President, should have to go through a rigorous top secret clearance investigation! No one should be allowed near any classified- Secret to Top Secret documents, intel, devices, weapons, and military power of any kind, unless they have the correct clearance for it! And they should never be allowed to leave the premises!! Or they should be in verified secure locations; not the toddler’s public bathroom! We wouldn’t be in this mess, all the destruction to this country, and the world, that this lunatic is doing if he had been investigated before running for office!
We, well, our government, is now a new member of the Russian federation.
