Proud boys cannot use that name anymore it belongs to a black church group. He cant even sell hats. LOL
At least Proud Boys no longer own their trademark. They cannot use it without the express permission of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. The church was awarded the trademark by the courts when the Proud Boys failed to pay a 2.8 million dollar settlement after they vandalized that church. The church is now selling merchandise under a repurposed name with the slogan "Stay Proud, Stay Black".
