TRUMP appointed the BRAIN DEAD DANCING CLOWN to run the agency - he wanted to END it....he apparently thought you could learn about NUCLEAR PHYSICS with CLIFF NOTES. BRAIN DEAD TRUMP must think it has to do with renewables or something.... Any cuts in this agency should send CHILLS!
