‘Tis the season! Finally! And, folks, it didn’t come a moment too soon. Happy holidays. Merry Christmas. Happy Hanukkah. Happy Kwanzaa. However you celebrate, I hope this week’s reason to smile brings a little joy and peace to your heart. This is a song you might hear anytime of year, but more and more it’s been recognized as a holiday song. “Let There Be Peace on Earth” was written back in the 1950s. Vince Gill, among many others, has recorded a version, but I’m partial to this one by Carrie Underwood. Please take a moment to appreciate her world-class voice. It’s a welcome message at the end of a challenging year. While world peace would be wonderful, I would be happy with a little peace here at home. Maybe some kindness too. Make sure to enjoy your friends and family. Hold them close. You never know when it might be the last holiday you get to share with a loved one. I thank you for all your support this year. I am ready for the challenges ahead.
No matter how you subscribe, I thank you for reading and listening. Stay Steady, Dan |
