In other words, TRUMP's ignorance has caused SMUGGLING. #2 Anticipating TRUMP's LUNACY, companies have already begun increasing their inventories to the detriment of workers. Some corporations have begun to layoff employees. TARIFFS will not motivate companies to build in the US. President Biden's actions have caused companies to build in the US. Incentivizing companies works! Punitive & bullying does not! TRUMP hasn't learned his lesson from the last time he imposed TARIFFS.
