FIRST RESPONDERS WERE UNPROTECTED, LACKED APPROPRIATE GEAR
& TRAINING FOR THE HAZARDS THEY FACED.
THEY RISKED THEIR LIVES WITHOUT PROTECTION.
THE LACK OF APPROPRIATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOXIC CHEMICALS
ALLOWED THOSE TOXINS TO JEOPARDIZE OTHER COMMUNITIES, OTHER
STATES.
INFORMATION & PROTECTION MATTERS!
AND UNIONS HAVE WORKED TO INSIST ON IT!
