We are less than a week out from Primary Election Day in Massachusetts. Early voting is well underway but there's still time to make your voice heard by September 3rd — are you ready to cast your ballot? Check Registration Do you know where to vote? Massachusetts is divided into voting precincts and each has an assigned polling place. Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. but some cities are allowed to open their polling places as early as 5:45 am! Polling hours may vary but if you're in line when the polls close, you will still be able to vote. Find Polling Place Set Reminder Do you know what's on the ballot this week? U.S. Senator, Representatives, Governor's Councillor, State Senators and Representatives, and more depending on your county. What's on the Ballot You may need to show identification when you check in at your polling place if: you are voting for the first time in Massachusetts, are on the inactive voter list, are casting a provisional or challenged ballot — so be sure to bring your ID card or a recent utility bill or other document with your legal name and address.
